LMU Moving UP - The Sir John Cass Faculty of Art, Architecture and Design

The day is designed to ease you in to university life whether you are coming straight from college or returning after a break from education.

Using a range of challenges and tasks the event will explore areas of time and resource management, research, communication team work and university life.

Areas covered:

Creating Your Vision: In this session you will focus on defining your goals and start creating your vision for university life and beyond

Resource Management : How to master your time ,money and mindset so you can get the most out of the resources you have.

Effective Research: An introduction to research skills and the different methods you may use during your time at London Metropolitan

Presentation: Presentation skills. Interactive session where you’ll learn success tips and strategies to create and give effective presentations

The workshops will be fun, interactive and informative.

Facilitators:

Elaine Gleeson is Head Trainer at London based training providers Bright Training and Coaching. She believes passionately that training should be engaging interactive and fun!

John Sinfield is an experienced facilitator with a passion for rock music (former career) He is also a talented animation maker.
